2022-2023 Projects
Growing Tree
Zeta Beta will continue their partnership with Growing Tree to provide teenage mothers literacy activities and helpful workshops that they can use to raise their child/children. We will also offer them leadership training to help guide them as they venture into college, trade school or the workforce. Zeta Beta will also give the mothers an opportunity to receive a scholarship, if they get accepted into a college, university or trade school.
Girl Scouts
Zeta Beta will continue their partnership with Girl Scouts. Our goal is to team up with a Girl Scout troop to teach them about DKG and show them how Girl Scouts and DKG are one in the same. While working with them to earn their DKG badge, we will teach them about our founders, our songs and how we promote women leadership just like Girl Scouts. We will compare their founders and songs to ours and compare them.
